Samuel de Medeiros Queiroz dbbea6b5c5 Update extensions links 
Extensions links are out-of-date. They are either
invalid or pointing to an old repository [1].

This patch fixes such links.

OpenStack Keystone

Keystone provides authentication, authorization and service discovery mechanisms via HTTP primarily for use by projects in the OpenStack family. It is most commonly deployed as an HTTP interface to existing identity systems, such as LDAP.
