Brant Knudson fa5ae4a274 Oauth1 manager sets consumer secret 
Rather than have the driver set the consumer secret (so that each
driver has to implement this), have the manager set the consumer
secret.

Also, don't mutate the input paramter.

OpenStack Keystone

Keystone provides authentication, authorization and service discovery mechanisms via HTTP primarily for use by projects in the OpenStack family. It is most commonly deployed as an HTTP interface to existing identity systems, such as LDAP.
