Grzegorz Grasza 49db50bfb3 Fix bindep for current rpm based distributions 
python-devel is no longer available in current RPM based distributions.
This was tested with centos7, rhel7, rhel8, fedora35.

  • Authentication plugins (password, token, and federation based)
  • Discovery mechanisms to determine API version support
