Stephen Finucane f117b0d31b typing: Annotate keystoneauth1._utils
We bump the version of iso8601 to a major version which we know includes
typing information.

This package contains tools for authenticating to an OpenStack-based cloud. These tools include:

  • Authentication plugins (password, token, and federation based)
  • Discovery mechanisms to determine API version support
