Document dependencies for Ansible deploys

Note, these should eventually make their way into a script or other form
of orchestration, this is mainly to help smooth the path for developers
getting started with the Ansible deployment.

This setup will be automated as part of a future release.
For All-In-One deploys, the following commands can be run. These will setup all
of the containers on the localhost. These commands will be wrapped in the
kolla-script in the future.
