Docker compose will fail with a version error if docker-py is not 1.2.3. Using >= 1.2.0 will get docker-py 1.3.0 causing compose to fail. Change-Id: I54ba1fe95b9c7a5a242b8339e153fbee80ff6c3b Closes-Bug: #1473856
