Minimal base image with Ubuntu Cloud Archive repository.
More dependencies may be added during implementing the
other images.

NOTE: To build this image with proper name:

./build --prefix ubuntu-binary-

You can also configure the prefix globally:

cat >> .buildconf << EOF
PREFIX=ubuntu-binary-
EOF

Partially implements: blueprint install-from-ubuntu
