Eduardo Gonzalez b76bb49dfd Fix opendaylight custom distribution ...

opendaylight_distro is not passed to Dockerfile
while image building.
This change removes this variable and change the
symbolic link with the distribution passed to
opendaylight location in kolla-build.conf
