The crane component is being dropped by the Pulp project, it won't be ported to python 3 and it has just been removed from Fedora. TripleO currently doesn't need a container based alternative because its solution will be installed on the host. Change-Id: I60f2e1fb9b47e7c9c08b6174cec2c1286ad32edc
