Michał Dulko b5fdeeafaa Switch to use Ubuntu Bionic Octavia Amphora ... In Ia30435b3bb19acd1d2f9fe217251c393d4f7480e Octavia dropped Python 2 support. This made some unsupported requirements to not be installed against Python 2. In our gates however we used CentOS 7 amphora, which only have Python 2. This means the agent is exectued without some dependencies and fails. This commit switches our gates to use Ubuntu Bionic Amphora.
