Danil Golov 8d162a3bd5 Remove excess physnet to device mapping ... Since sriov binding driver uses pod resource service and compute particular virtual function which was returned by pod resource service, there is no need to have physycal_device_mapping. Also this commit fixes documentation and adds release note regarding physical_device_mapping removal.
