Michał Dulko 04d4439606 Remove SR-IOV support ... This got decided at the PTG. The code is old, not maintained, not tested and most likely doesn't work anymore. Moreover it gave us a hard dependency on grpcio and protobuf, which is fairly problematic in Python and gave us all sorts of headaches.
