Michał Dulko 6d46466c27 Revert "Ensure namespace network resources are deleted even on subnet not found" 
This reverts commit 7691e94ef3. The 0.41.0
version of openstacksdk is free of this issue. Also we still need to
keep the handle_neutron_errors for support of older openstacksdks.

Project description

Kubernetes integration with OpenStack networking

The OpenStack Kuryr project enables native Neutron-based networking in Kubernetes. With Kuryr-Kubernetes it's now possible to choose to run both OpenStack VMs and Kubernetes Pods on the same Neutron network if your workloads require it or to use different segments and, for example, route between them.
