OpenStack SDK is a framework, which provides consistent and complete interface for OpenStack cloud. As we already use it for Octavia integration, in this patch we propose to use it also for other parts of Kuryr. Implements: blueprint switch-to-openstacksdk Change-Id: Ia87bf68bdade3e6f7f752d013f4bdb29bfa5d444
