This patch avoids the need of creating an extra port for the pool to obtain the vif binding information by substituting it with a show port request. Therefore instead of having a bulk request of X ports plus and extra port request (of 1 port), it will only perform the bulk request of X ports, and a show port operation until this patch gets merged in neutron: https://review.openstack.org/#/c/508438/ Change-Id: Ie6060e8b080fcee44c8f1af0a3b6f23bb551ca3a
