
The targetRef field is optional for the Endpoints object, and when service without selectors are created that field is more likely to not be specified. This commit ensures Kuryr properly wires Endpoints without targetRef. Change-Id: Ib43e88aafd9e0907556a0e740990a6acbd173fb0
