This patch adds ability to work with new sriov device plugin's feature. This feature implies arbitrary names for resource. So kuryr-kubernetes should also know about such resources. Resources are listed in /etc/pcidp/config.json If physnet_resource_mappings is not specified it's assumed resource name is physnet.
