Antoni Segura Puimedon ab74856557 tox: Install like other OpenStack projects ... We had tools/tox_install.sh for the case we could depend on neutron which was not on pypi. In the end, we depend only on python-neutronclient and as such, this workaround is not necessary and only makes tox slower.
