Avoid hard-coded UUID in quickstart guide
The quickstart guide requires users to copy-and-paste UUIDs to a command, which is not user-friendly. This commit walk-around it. Change-Id: Ie9f9f5525d1a067f0d8ebfcbaeb1471f63a70faf Closes-Bug: 1454414
