Patch Set 2: Code-Review-1

Steven and I discussed this. We need to ensure that the k8s layer and the magnum db are somehow in sync. For now we'll return directly from db( if you see the conductor layer ). But we decided to leave this in until we decide which way to go.

I prefer we leave this in for now since i'll refactor this a bit as i add the cli changes which i'm working on for m2.
