According to the wikipedia page, Representational
state transfer should be written as REST but in some
files it is written as ReST, so I changed it to
correct one

The current start guide is using github.com for the reference of
the quick start guide, but this might not always the latest quick
start.
This patch is using git.openstack.org as the dev quick start guide
which can make sure we can always get the latest quick start.

The node object represents either a bare metal or virtual machine node
that is provisioned with an OS to run the containers, or alternatively,
run kubernetes.
