Hongbin Lu 31d04e312d Update name of ubuntu-mesos image ... Update the gate and docs to use "ubuntu-mesos-latest" instead of "ubuntu-14.04.3-mesos-0.25.0.qcow2". The intent is to make the image upgrade easier (by using a static image name).
