Ricardo Rocha 446b159349 Allow master_flavor_id on cluster create Add master_flavor_id as an option during cluster create. If not given, the default is taken from the cluster template. Add master_flavor_id in the Cluster object and use that instead of the one from ClusterTemplate. Update both magnum and magnum cli documentation to reflect the above changes. To create alembic migrations use:
$ magnum-db-manage revision --message "description of revision" --autogenerate

Stamp db with most recent migration version, without actually running migrations
$ magnum-db-manage stamp head

Upgrade can be performed by:
$ magnum-db-manage upgrade
$ magnum-db-manage upgrade head
