Lingxian Kong 2cf4df0850 Fix prometheus installation script 
- Fix the indent in the file.
- Use 'kubectl apply' instead of 'kubectl create' for more robust
  service restart.
- Do not retry infinitely when Prometheus datasource already injected
  into Grafana
