Hieu LE 44cca296f9 Centralize config option: all clients section 
Centralize config option of Barbican, Heat, Cinder, Nova,
Neutron, Magnum, Glance client section.
Replace oslo_conf cfg to magnum.conf and fix bug generate
full sample config options of above clients.
