Hongbin Lu 4fc17a1f66 Add template definition of Mesos bay ... After this commit, users should be able to create a Mesos bay. To do that, they need to create a baymodel first. The baymodel should have a coe attribute with value 'mesos'. Then they can create a Mesos bay by using the baymodel.
