Daneyon Hansen f9e8c70398 Updates k8s example rc to use correct label 
Previously, replication-controller.yaml used the name: nginx
label instead of app: nginx. This caused the example service.yaml
to not bind to replication-controller.yaml pods.

Closes-Bug: 1614206
