Jan Jasek 6bfccb5672 Configure selenium artifacts path for integration tests

Configure manila-ui selenium integration tests to write failure
artifacts (screenshots, videos, etc.) under
manila_ui/tests/selenium/test_reports/, relative to this
project's horizon.conf.

Set extra_selenium_artifacts_src/dest in the
manila-ui-integration-pytest Zuul job so CI collects those
artifacts into logs/tox/manila-ui-selenium/.
