Rose Kimondo 58e8f893e3 Edit deferred_deletion doc ...

In the deferred deletion docs, this changes the line:
"introduced in Manila 18.0.1 (Caracal)" to
"introduced in Manila during the 2024.1 (Caracal) release cycle"

This was a request after writing the docs
