vponomaryov 10b14bb50e [Devstack] Workaround osclient breakage 
Creation of security group using openstack client is broken. So,
use nova client for it temporary while 'related' bug is not fixed.

MANILA

You have come across an OpenStack shared file system service. It has identified itself as "Manila." It was abstracted from the Cinder project.
