huyang 32cebee564 Huawei: Ensure that share is exported 
Ensure share is used when the share manager service starts.
Ensure share checks the share status on the array
and changes the logical IP from the configuration
file.

Implements: blueprint huawei-driver-ensure-share

MANILA

You have come across an OpenStack shared file system service. It has identified itself as "Manila." It was abstracted from the Cinder project.

Getting Started

If you'd like to run from the master branch, you can clone the git repo:
