ChangBo Guo(gcb) 34fcf4aff8 Config: no need to set default=None 
By default oslo.cfg sets the default value as None. There is no
need to explicitly do this.

MANILA

You have come across an OpenStack shared file system service. It has identified itself as "Manila." It was abstracted from the Cinder project.

Getting Started
