Rodrigo Barbieri 5556bdb727 [NetApp] Add manage/unmanage of share servers 
This patch implements the functionality of managing and
unmanaging of share servers to the NetApp driver,
allowing for shares and snapshots to be managed
and unmanaged in DHSS=True driver mode.

MANILA

You have come across an OpenStack shared file system service. It has identified itself as "Manila." It was abstracted from the Cinder project.
