vponomaryov 665f352132 Add caution to test-requirements 
that says 'PyMySQL' and 'psycopg2' dependencies should not be removed
as they are used for DB migration tests. And code, that handles it, is
located in oslo_db lib.

MANILA

You have come across an OpenStack shared file system service. It has identified itself as "Manila." It was abstracted from the Cinder project.

Getting Started
