Improve remove_version_from_href so that it supports URLs for which
the version does not directly trail the hostname

Given: 'http://manila.example.com/share/v1.1/123'
Returns: 'http://manila.example.com/share/123'

MANILA

You have come across an OpenStack shared file system service. It has identified itself as "Manila." It was abstracted from the Cinder project.
