Added support for display count info
in share list&detail APIs:

1. /v2/{project_id}/shares?with_count=True
2. /v2/{project_id}/shares/detail?with_count=True

Partially-Implements bp add-amount-info-in-list-api

MANILA

You have come across an OpenStack shared file system service. It has identified itself as "Manila." It was abstracted from the Cinder project.
