The parameter emc_share_driver is designed to transfer Manila backend configuration to EMC share plugins, and it is only used by the function connect() in EMC Share driver framework. This submit is to remove the unnecessary parameter emc_share_driver from other EMC driver framework APIs and update VNX and isilon driver properly.
