tutkuna d4c0f4a907 [api-ref] Fix datatype of cast_rules_to_readonly 
Fixing cast_rules_to_readonly type from string to boolean
for share instances and share replicas.

The API-REF had the wrong type for these fields.

Closes-Bug: #1948717
