Shared filesystem management project for OpenStack.

Due to lack of GPFS path ('/usr/lpp/mmfs/bin/') export, driver
is not able to find the GPFS commands causing the initialization
failure.
With this patch, GPFS will be able to run all GPFS commands
irrespective of GPFS path export.
