liucheng e9ca434486 Huawei: Create share from snapshot support in Huawei driver 
Once create share from snapshot is in Manila core,
we should support the API in the Huawei drivers.

Implements: blueprint huawei-driver-create-share-from-snapshot

MANILA

You have come across an OpenStack shared file system service. It has identified itself as "Manila." It was abstracted from the Cinder project.

Getting Started

If you'd like to run from the master branch, you can clone the git repo:
