Introduce the ganesha share driver helper module
which provides the GaneshaNASHelper class from which
share drivers can derive NFS-Ganesha backed protocol
helpers.

Some utility functions are also added to ease
integration.

Partially implements blueprint gateway-mediated-with-ganesha
