Joseph Davis bb8c8fbec9 Turn logging down from DEBUG in persister-logging.conf ... All the configurations for logging were set to DEBUG, which creates a large amount of output to the console (especially from monasca_common.kafka_lib) which in turn was captured by the devstack screen session for the python tempest gate tests and causing trouble with logstash indexing.
