OpenStack-operator-agent collects the data (system metrics of tenant-VMs; firewall logs of tenant-firewalls) and forwards them on behalf of the tenant to Monasca. Means tenant can access these collected data (without having an agent installed). OpenStack operator has NO access to these tenant specific data!
