Mikhail Dubov bebeb2b160 Add Rally jobs related files to Murano 
Add files that allow the Rally job (will be added in a separated infra patch)
work properly.

Extra files

All files from this directory will be copy-pasted to gates, which makes it possible to use absolute paths in rally tasks. Files will be in ~/.rally/extra/*
