Kim Bao Long 55d9529c3c Add functional test for FWaaS L3 logging driver 
In Rocky, FWaaS L3 logging driver [1] has been merged without
functional test. It might raise some unexpected regression in further.
So this patch intends to add functional test for FWaaS logging driver.
