Juliano Martinez 9895ac62c0 Bug #1002605
update webob to be version 1.2 or above

It's running without any issue with 1.2, the exception problem was caused
by WebTest. We should use at least version 1.3.3 (supplied by Ubuntu 12.04 and Debian Wheezy)

Version to WebTest==1.3.3
