Kim Bao Long ea430ee82e Adding resources callback handler for FWaaS v2 logging 
This patch allows logging plugin to trigger logging driver in event of
receiving callback events AFTER_UPDATE/AFTER_CREATE/AFTER_DELETE from
firewall group resources.

This package contains the code for the Neutron Firewall as a Service (FWaaS) service. This package requires Neutron to run.
