Rodolfo Alonso Hernandez 61029af216 Fix the default value for `hardware_offload_type` field ... In the 'port-hardware-offload-type' extension, the default value for ``hardware_offload_type`` should be ATTR_NOT_SPECIFIED, in case this value is not defined in the API call when creating a new port.
