Fix minor comment typos in VPNaaS

Were a couple minor typos in comments, so fixing since looking
at code:
"valdiator" -> "validator"
"Retreive" -> "Retrieve"
"verison" -> "version"
"ipser_site_connection" -> "ipsec_site_connection"

Based on feedback also fixed other errors including vendor files:
