Rodolfo Alonso Hernandez a8ee157ddf [sqlalchemy-20] Remove CI job "neutron-vpnaas-openstack-tox-py310-with-sqlalchemy-main" 
The SQLAlchemy 2.0 migration is concluded and there is no need to keep
the jobs testing the main branch anymore.

Welcome!

This package contains the code for the Neutron VPN as a Service (VPNaaS) service. This includes third-party drivers. This package requires Neutron to run.
